At DenBloom, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. As a professional Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturer, each battery pack is carefully assembled, tested, and inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of lithium batteries, our refund and return policy follows strict safety and quality guidelines.


Eligibility for Returns


Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product is defective on arrival
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.


Non-Returnable Items

  • For safety and technical reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Used or installed lithium battery packs
  • Products damaged due to incorrect wiring, misuse, or overloading
  • Custom-made or specially configured battery packs
  • Damage caused by water, heat, short circuit, or physical impact
  • Products altered, opened, or repaired by unauthorized persons


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and verification by our technical team
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable


Replacement Policy


If a defect is confirmed, DenBloom may offer:


A replacement battery pack, or
A repair, depending on the issue and technical feasibility


Replacement processing time may vary based on product availability.


Order Cancellation


Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Lithium batteries are sensitive electronic products. Improper handling, charging, or installation can cause damage or safety risks. Please ensure installation and usage are done according to DenBloom’s guidelines.
